In his workshops Reinhard shares his experience of Yoga practice, demonstrates different varieties of Sukshma Vyayama exercises, explains the techniques of shatkarmas (yogic cleansing exercises). Practice aims at purifying the system of nadis (energy channels) and involves a lot of breathing exercises combined with asanas, mudras and bandhas. This approach leads to a deeper understanding of Yoga exercises which main purpose is to reveal the feelings of inner energies. By subtle work with Svara (yogic method of directing Prana in the body) the practitioners can literally feel the energy of Prana-Shakti inside of themselves.
The seminar is open for practitioners of all levels, to take part in the practice no specific knowledge or abilities are required. The exercises are explained from the basic level so both beginners and more advanced practitioners benefit from the practice.
During the seminar there will be 6 hours daily practice: 3 hours at morning and 3 hours at afternoon. Morning session includes different variations of Sukshma Vyayama exercises, Surya Namaskar and standing poses. Afternoon session is usually poses on the ground with a lot of breathing exercises, mudras, bandhas and basic pranayama techniques such as Anuloma-Viloma, Shitali, Sitkari, Ujayi and Bhramari.
